Vic was born in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1991. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Before joining the office, Vic served as an Assistant County Counsel in the Union County Counsel's Office in Elizabeth and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Attorney General's Office in Trenton.
