This is the argument that decides most disputed injury claims in New Jersey, and it is widely misunderstood by the people it is used against.
Degenerative change is nearly universal
Disc desiccation, bulging and spondylosis appear on imaging in a very large proportion of adults, including people with no symptoms whatsoever. A radiology report noting those findings therefore establishes that you have an ordinary adult spine.
